Components are required for all spells as stated in description.
Priests:
Need not memorize spells in advance. Rather, they pray for their spell upon casting. These spells are drawn from their dieties spheres of influence, and need no components other than the dieties favor and a holy symbol.
However, upon gaining access to a new spell level, all priests must spend 1 week per new spell level studying the appropriate prayers for that level. This must be done at a temple to the priests patron diety.
ALL priests are automatically specialty priests, where applicable, of their diety.
For all demi-humans, the max level limit rule is always modified by the prime requisite as described in the DMG.
