eaded mortar used in stone construction has two functions on Mysaniti. It acts as a 100% effective barrier to all scrying magics, and gives the stonework a +5 saving throw vs spells(if saves allowed, otherwise it gives the stonework a normal save regardless of the effects description). This bonus represents the fact that the stonework is in fact partially metal.
Using leaded bricks not only completely negates scrying, but any and all stone-affecting magics.
