Level 6 Wizard Spells
Range: 0 Components: V, S Duration: 1 turn/level Casting Time: 1 Area of Effect: 1-foot diameter sphere/level Saving Throw: None Source: Unearthed Arcania Netbook
By means of this spell, the wizard surrounds himself with an invisible barrier that moves with him. The area within this barrier is totally impervious to all psionics and psionic power effects, thus preventing the passage of psionics or their effects. Likewise, it prevents the functioning of any psionic items or abilities within its confines.
The anti-psionic shell also hedges out psionically charmed, summoned, or conjured creatures. It cannot, however, be forced against any creature that it would keep at bay; any attempt to do so creates a discernible pressure against the barrier, and continued pressure will break the spell. Artifacts, relics, and creatures of demigod or higher status are unaffected by mortal magic such as this.
Should the caster be larger than the area enclosed by the barrier, parts of his person may be considered exposed, at the DM's option. A dispel magic can remove the spell, and the caster can end it upon command.

This spell is used to protect a creature from intrusions into the mind. Spells or mental powers that can probe a mind have no effect on the protected creature. The creature makes its saving throw at +2 against all enchantment/charm magic and psionic powers that can affect thoughts, memories, or opinions. This includes many charm spells (such as charm person or scare) and telepathic powers (such as mindwipe, awe, and attraction), but not necessarily all of them, as determined by the DM.

When a wizard casts this spell, he effectively becomes a psionicist of the same level. He gains access to a number of disciplines, sciences, and devotions equal to those available to a psionicist of the same level. The caster is allowed to pick what disciplines he wishes, but the DM assigns all psionic powers to the character. The wizard also gains the PSPs, THAC0, MTHAC0 (if used) and MAC (if used) of a psionicist of the same level.
The wizard fights with his new mental powers in preference to all other forms of attack, and continues attacking until all opponents are neutralized, he is killed, the magic is dispelled, or the spell duration expires.
The material component for this spell is a potion of ESP, which must be drunk by the caster while performing this spell.

his spell is very similar in nature to a Permanence spell (from Players Handbook) or Semi-Permanence (7th level spell from Dragon Kings). This spell continues the duration of another spell. It does this by recasting the subject spell upon the subject spells expiration(it actually occurs in the round immediately following the failure of the subject spell). This recast effect continues for 10 years per casters level.
The components of this spell are simple. The spell effect/area must be treated with an Enchant an Item spell(6th level, from Players Handbook) prior to Recast being cast on the effect. A crushed diamond worth 20,000gp per spell level of the spell to be recast, and one scale from any dragon per level of the spell caster. The spell being subjected to Recast need not be cast by the caster of the Recast spell. However, the Recast caster must touch the effect or enter the effects area of effect and be willing to suffer the consequences(ie: touch a Wall of Fire to be recast, or enter a Darkness 15' radius effect). This obviously limits what is normally subjected to a Recast spell. However, as the touching occurs as the final portion of the spell, damage taken does not interfer with the casting of Recast. This spell will effect any spell having a duration that is ongoing at the end of the Recast spells casting(if a second caster needs to be involved, some kind of coordination needs to be set up), the caster of the Recast can not suspend his casting to cast the subject spell.
There is no Constitution penalty for the casting, but provisions for any negative effects from the subject spell must be made.

his spell effectively seals the area of effect from entrance or exit via teleportation. It can still be entered by normal means. Dimension Door (from Players Handbook) will also not function. The teleport and Dimension Door effects end at a point in a direct line from the users point of origin to the nearest edge of the spell effect. If this area is hazardous in nature, then the caster suffers the effects of suddenly materializing there.
Word of Recall (from Players Handbook) will function within Teleport Block. Portals and gates are similarly not affected.
This spell can be subjected to Recast, Semi-Permanence(from Dragon Kings), Permanence(from Players Handbook) or any other magic that renders a spells duration extended.
The effects of this spell also apply to the similar psionic powers. No psionic power will allow teleportion or dimensional travel into or out of the area of effect. If the power does not cause the using to instaneously appear, the user will have the option of redirecting his travel to an un-blocked destination.
The components for this spell are a lead crystal of no less than 5lbs in weight and having no impurities. This crystal is shattered in the casting and consumed.
