Talornian

his floating city-fortress was originally a mountain in the Blades of Winter Mountain Chain near what is now known as Kinship Lake. It was carved from the earth by the combined efforts of the Nal'Qassir elves, Del'Garrath dwarves and a lost shire of halflings. It took the combined efforts of the three nations to cast the mountain aloft. It has floated the skies of the world ever since, acting as a rally point and floating citadel. This "island" also serves the elven aerial navy as focal point for activities. Ships from Talornian are easily identifyable by the number of dwarves and halflings in the crew.
The Cloud School for psionicists is rumored to be located here as well.
A powerful mythal is believed to be present throughout the island, preventing teleportation to the island. If this is true, it will obviously have other effects.
Little else is known to humans about the nature of Talornian as few humans are welcome here.
