'Ello. I am 24 and female. I'm 5'3" and have dark dark brown hair (two darks are necessary, as some people believe I have black hair, but it isn't!!! It is brown, just really really dark brown...). There are pictures of me in my photo album, though they're not recent. I should be updating that soonish (meaning sometime in a year or so or not).
I still dress much like I did when I was a kid when I am able. Pick a couple things out that I like and wear them together, doesn't much matter whether or not they match as most people define matching. If they both make me happy to wear them, they match as far as I'm concerned. I try to view the world that way, too. With the childhood innocence. It's so much prettier that way... Sometimes it's hard, but life is happier as viewed that way: ever noticed how children tend to draw the family and friends bigger than the house? I think they've got the right idea with what's important in life.

Here is a list of some of my interests and things I do to reduce the amount of time I have for reading and working on the page:
SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism)Music guild, European dancing, calligraphy and illumination (go see samples in the Scroll page), sewing, and choir,

The above list takes up most of my time when I don't have knee problems.
I braid lots of hair. Some day I'll upload pics of some of the braids I've done.
I play piano and hammered dulcimer,
I love to read fantasy books,
I have a collection of primarily 80's fantasy films (all the major ones),
I like anime and webcomics.
11 I taught myself how to play my dulcimer and do calligraphy. I also make pressed flower cards.
Cooking for friends,
I enjoy RPG's but I haven't had much experience with them yet.
If you haven't figured it out from the rest of the page, I'm interested in Faery, the Middle Ages, and Irish culture, too.
As for music, I listen mostly to darkwave/gothic/ebm/whatever you want to call it. I also listen to industrial (German), experimental, Irish, and techno. Some of my favorite music groups are Cruxshadows, Silly Wizard, Dropkick Murphys, Einstruzende Neubauten, Wolfsheim, and Dune (not the movie).
There are of course many more facets to my life, but I would bore you if I listed absolutely every interest I had.

I graduated from UW Madison with a BS in Chemistry Course, which is a bit more in depth than just a Chemistry major. In undergrad, I did research looking at the kinetics of stabilized lithium reagents with alkyl and allyl halides. I love organic chemistry! I'm such a geek :) And I now work for SAFC. I actually enjoy my job most of the time. The company makes active pharmaceutical ingredients.
