Greetings. This is Evil Penguin High Command. We Penguins, as a species are essentially the same as the odd replicas that exist on earth. We enjoy the cold. The homeworld is -57° Celcius, and our language has seventy five words for snow. We are also egglayers and have intensive medical customs surrounding our reproductive and aging processes. Centuries ago, Emperor Komishi discovered a power to make himself immortal. He then began conquest against the other countries and soon ruled the entire planet. 
Time passed, but not for him, as he conquered neighboring systems adding to our technology and to his harems. Unfortunately, the Oombwabie stood in his way. Despite our accumulating technology, we somehow could not win. High ranking officers of the Oombwabie were captured and tortured for information, yet it was futile. The Oombwabie became our arch enemies, and our expanding borders were halted. Komishi, however, would not be denied. He began collecting information on the Federation, planning the first encounter with them carefully. This decoy was first seen in First Contact as a diplomatic ship that wished to take readings from a Federation vessel. That was The USS Cavalry.
After a number of battles with the Federation, the two superpowers were at a standstill. He massed his fleets and attacked. After being met by the Hastings and the Akira, they were joined by the Free Shapeshifters, the Oombwabie Emperor, and the Cavalry. 30,000 Penguin ships swarmed them, but after a brutal battle, they lost, and Serena used her power to kill Komishi and take power. The Penguin Empire became a matriachy.
Strategically different from Komishi, Serena made alliances with other Penguins. The QPenguins joined her while Komishi still had power. Soon after the grand battle with the Attack Wing Delta Phi, she met Emperor Penguintine. She learned that when the Penguins migrated to the Quarton system eons ago, the Clans were separated. Penguintine and Serena made an alliance between the Empire and the WU-Peng Clan.
