It is not clear yet which games will be counted in which ladder (maybe we'll have a seperate ladder for official tournaments, and another one for private games submitted via mail, or combine the two, or whatever). 

But you can already submit games you have played.

Send me a mail with the following information:

• Date and time of the game
• Names of both players (I need the full names to identify people who are already on the list!)
• Armies played, and points value of the armies
• How did you determine the winner (according to the rules in the rulebook, or the tournament rules, or other rules?)
• Did you play in private, in a shop, or as part of an official tournament/tournament qualifying games?

and of course

• The winner of the game!
