Takedowns
 
                           
 
 
 
           
    Firemans Carry      
    1. Control opponents upperarm with same side arm and duck under on to your knees      
    2. Hook opponents leg on the same side of their controlled arm with your other arm and sweep them across your shoulders      
    3. There are various options from here to finish the takedown, the traditional approach is to flip them over by continuing the motion used to pick them up      
           
    O Goshi      
    1. One arm controls the opponents sleeve near their elbow while your other arm wraps around their body to grab their back      
    2. Turn and lower your hips into them, picking them up on to your hips (turn from side controlling back towards side controlling arm)      
    3. Once their on your hips pull them over the top of you keeping hold of them and throw them to the ground      
   
     
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
           
    Osoto Gari      
    1. Grab opponents sleeve and reach around and grab the back of their collar with your other arms and step to their side      
    2. Place leg nearer to opponent behind their leg nearest to you and kick backwards while pulling their sleeve around and pushing their collar forwards      
   
     
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
         
           
    Double Leg      
    1. Push opponents arms away and lower yourself wrapping your arms and locking them around opponents knees      
    2. Shift body/head to one side while locking opponents legs close together and sweep legs towards your body while you push in the opposite direction with your head      
           
    Leg Drop      
    1. From clinch push opponents elbow upwards and duck under around to their side securing a bodylock      
    2. Post leg behind their rear leg and pull them over it so they lose their balance
