Bio:
He is a handsome, though nondescript black man. He wears a neatly trimmed goatee and his head is shaved bald. He also often wears glasses of one kind or another, dark or clear lenses. He usually dresses very well in whatever is the style appropriate for the situation. Chance's powers are telepathy, the ability to borrow and or affect the powers of others and photographic reflexes. Secondary powers are those of better than normal strength, senses and flight. Chance was born to Micheal Meridian of Meridian-Linnear International, a world spanning corporate conglomerate. When his father found out about his freak son he sent him away, with the stipulation stay away and you will be financially taken care of. Chance studied and Tokyo university and Oxford, He gained PhD's in genetics, psychology and international political relations. He also had a passing interest in archeology. When the government approached him with a job offer he jumped at the opportunity. But it was nothing he thought it would be. He became programed to be a predator, a hunter and a killer. During his training he beat every simulation and bested every opponent. Then they sent him out on missions and he succeeded in all of those. Then he was the reason a young girl was orphaned and he was affected by her- she was a mutant as well. That day he turned on his keepers and he has dedicated his life to the overthrow of their organization, but he is using his covert training to take them down from the inside.
Ariel Serephis is the young girl he saved. she is a minor telepath with good telekinetic potential.
Lord Devlin Brimstone has been Chance's nemesis from the background. Working for the government he has thwarted many of Brimstone's plans and defeated many of his minions. They have never met face to face but that will change soon. He has great power and will be avenged.
