History:
Became self aware of his abilities at a young age and chose not to flaunt them openly. In school he was popular and maintained a strong social life along with maintaining good grades. Not wanting to became the geeky nerd he was afraid of, he chose sports as an outlet. After school he became a Major League Baseball player, skipping college, and on the side became a champion Skateboarder. His life changed after MLB physicians discovered, while conducting required blood test for drugs, that Harold had mutant dna and hence believed he was using mutant powers to perform as a great player, and was then banned from all profesional sports.
Angry with society, but needing community, he fell in line with counter-culture type folks, punkers, skaters, etc.. He changed his looks, etc... His current group of friends are involved in commiting trivial crimes for fun and profit, and has since invented and self-implanted behind his ear a device that allows his mind to access computers and to disable or manipulate other electronic devises. He's used this device to help his friends break into various buildings and disable security systems.
However, as the crimes become bolder and he sees his friends change more, he desires to find a way out and join with a new group of friends.
Xavier's Note:
On tbe surface, Harold is an angry young man; his constant use of profanity exemplifies this. He seems to resent being here, but his need to be accepted appears to supercede his resentment. His alienation from his favorite sport is, I belive, the reason behind his attempts to alienate himself, and his need to belong. He has, however, shown an undying loyalty, and I belive that, with proper training, he will become a model for Mutant Kind.
