The TSS Atlantis
This is the Atlantis. It began as a Son'a ship but was salvaged in the battle between them and New Chicago. Now, using many salvaged components, it has become a very powerfull starship.

He is incredibly old but dosen't look a day over 30. He is a geneticaly altered clone of a man he refers to as "Brother". Before becoming captain he was a resident of a Terran refugee colony called New Chicago. Before that he was a member of the resistance; first officer under the command of Captain William Riker, who is now the leader of New Chicago.
Former resident of New Chicago. She is incredebly strong and also takes the tactical position. She harbors romantic feelings toward Scorp but does not show them.
He has not had the pleasure of living on New Chicago. He and his father were held for a year on board a Klingon Ship. After that year his father was executed on suspition of attempting to kill the captain. Michael was to be executed too, but he made it to an escape pod. A Klingon cruiser attempted to destroy it but the Atlantis was lucky enough to find him and destroy the ship. What was salvaged of it was added to the design.
X-16 controls most aspects of the Atlantis. It was programed by Scorp years ago but only recently was given emotional capabilities. The main part that runs the ship though is not asociated with the emotion subrutiens.
