General Order 1
The Prime Directive prohibits Starfleet personnel from interfering in the normal development of any society.
General Order 7
Contact with the planet Talos IV is forbidden due to the Talosians' dangerous and addictive illusion technology.
General Order 12
Adequate precautions must be taken when approached by a space craft with which no communication has been established.
General Order 15
Flag officers are not allowed to beam into hazardous areas without armed escort.
General Order 24
A starship captain may authorize the destruction of the surface of a planet which will not comply with a diplomatic sanction.
General Order 104, Section B
All Starfleet officers must recognize the chain of command and readily turn over their position (such as a captaincy) in the event that they are commanded to do so by a superior.
General Order 104, Section C
It is the right of the chief medical officer to relieve a commander of duty if he or she is deemed mentally or physically unfit. The physician would be required to substantiate the said claim with the results of a physical examination.
Regulation 42/15
Pressure variances in the impulse reaction chamber tank storage of a starship's impulse engines must be maintained.
Regulation 46a
No uncoded messages are allowed on an open channel during battle in the event transmissions are being monitored.
Regulation 157, Section III, Paragraph 18
Starfleet officers shall take all necessary precautions to minimize any participation in historical events during time travel.

Any individual accused of a crime has the right to remain silent.

All parts essential to the operation of a starship must have a secondary back-up in the event that the primary fails.
Away Team Guidelines
The transport of unknown infectious agents within an Away Team member or other object onto a starship without first establishing containment and eradication protocols is prohibited.
