ADMINISTRATION: All records keeping, personnel records, and promotion records are managed by the Administration department. The Director of Administration holds the rank of Captain, is an administrator, but is not an officer of the line. He or she advises the chain-of-command on military administration without command authority. In addition, the Division JAG officers are within the Administration department.
