Apparantly this is a Gamera bumper sticker. It says, in a precise transcript, "Early in the morning, with violentquake, buildings are repeatedly pushed upward and then sink. This movement stops near Zojoj Temple in Shiba. as Gyaos looks towards the unusual movement of the buildings with half of it's eyes opened, Gamera suddenly appears from the ground, shooting the plasma fireballs. Countering this attack, Gyaos releases it's supersonic waves. Tokyo, the nation's capital, becomes the stage for a deadly battle between Gamera, the guardian of mankind, and Gyaos, the shadow of calamity."
