Cmdr. Savar Dickinson is the Executive Officer and Acting Counselor aboard the USS Luna. The USS Luna is a Nebula-class ship.

Commander Savar's duties aboard Arcadia Station came to a halt as he received word from Starfleet Command that he was being re-assigned to the USS Luna, to act as Counselor there. Savar left many things uncompleted aboard Arcadia Station, including another official objection to Commander Claymore's actions.

After the professional development seminar, Savar completed the journey to rendezvous with the USS Luna. As he arrived, he was met by Captain Harm, who offered Savar the position of Executive Officer. Savar accepted, and will continue to act as Counselor until a replacement can arrive.
