ORK STOMPER
 
You certainly heard those stories of mad Warhammer 40.000 players who had some gargant or titans in their armies... The enormous machine (1 meter high sometimes !) take all place available on the table and could crush every infantry miniature under its feet ! A such situation is not very interresting i think. But it could bevery funny to play Wh40k battles with one super heavy vehicle on each side: - Stormblade or Shadowsword or Stormhammer for the Imperial Guard. -Tempest for the Eldars (I hate eldars). -Skullhama or Gibletgrinda or ... Stomper for the Orks. I choose to build a Stomper because it relatively easy. The body ismade with cardboard and the fine details with white milliput. As soon as possible, i'll edit some scanned photo of my creations.

fire in the control room! the nob is too busyto drive his engine and the stomper can not use chainsaw and battlecannonnor move this turn.

the control panels are damaged and the stomperis out of control for this turn.

the nob driver is killed and the stomper is outof control for the rest of battle.

the head explodes! the ork idol is destroyedand all boyz around must pass a break test. the stomper is out of controlfor the rest of battle.

as above, but the explosion is particularly violent.Roll a dice on the Hull damage table.

the explosion kill each gunner on a 4+. the boiler is seriousely damaged and the stomper can't move for the rest of the battle.

in a succession of fires, the stomper is destroyed.remove the model from the table.

in a prodigious explosion, the stomper is destroyed. remove the model from the table. all models within 4" suffer a 6 strengthand -3 save wound.

the foot is damaged and some gretchins go torepair it. the stomper will not move next turn.

the foot is seriousely damaged. the stomper canonly move at slow speed and can't turn in the direction of the damagedfoot for the rest of the battle.

the foot is destroyed. the stomper can not moveat all for the rest of the battle.

the foot is destroyed and the explosion is soviolent that the boiler is damaged. roll a dice on the Hull damage table.

the foot is teared away and the stomper collapse!.select a random direction. all models under the stomper must pass an Initiativetest on 1D6 (6 is always a failure) or suffer die without saving throw.

the weapon is destroyed and can not be used forthe rest of the battle.

the weapon is teared away and fall 2D6" avay.all models at this position suffer a 5 strength and -2 save wound.
