K-Mart Poster

Did anyone get the 4th poster? Neither the east side store nor the south store had any.

Remote Controlled Action Fleet

Shopko south in Madison had the RC Action Fleet today. They are the Fambaa and Trade Federation Tank. They look pretty nice and cost $15.99. Greg L. writes in that K-Marts in the Milwaukee area have also had them (and for $2 less than Shopko).

Saturday, Aug. 21st:

It was looking like a slow week, but then today everything hit it seemed. Wal-Marts were the place to be since all of this was found there.

Classic Assortment

Thanks to Wal-Mart Sun Prairie, I am now the proud owner of these figures. Greg L. reports finding these at the Wal-Mart in Menomonee Falls while Beth reports finding these at Wal-Marts in Escanaba, MI and Marinette, WI. They are on .0000 cards and look great. Han looks like he should, a huge improvement over any Han figure to date. Luke looks pretty good as well, but I think having him packed in a running pose kind of is a distraction. Jawa with Gonk Droid is real nice. The Jawa has legs (no uni-leg here) and Gonk is just a cool addition. The only thing odd about them is that neither has peg holes. Greedo is great with a proper sized head and long fingers.

The only problem I have with this group is "where is R2-D2!!!". I opened the case myself. It was a case of 12 (3 each of the 4 listed), no R2-D2.

Adi-Gallia

Found her at both Wal-Mart east in Madison and Sun Prairie and Greg L. reports finder her at the Wal-Mart in Menomonee Falls. They had tons of them. She comes 4 per case and both stores had 3 cases. She is also a .0000 carded figure and it is true that Mace is out of the assortment for now. It is a nice figure of a character that you hardly see in the movie.

Anakin Naboo

This was found at Wal-Mart Sun Prairie as well. He comes 4 per case and is on a .0100 card. The case is still pretty well stocked with Maul figures (4 Tatooine and 2 Jedi Duel).

Action Fleet Ships

Found 6 new ships today at varying Wal-Marts. I didn't see all 6 at any one place. They are Anakin's Podracer, Mars Guo's Pod Racer, Droid Fighter, Trade Federation Landing Ship, Gungan Sub, and Flash Speeder.

Galoob Die Cast

Also found at most Madison area Wal-Marts were the 4 new die cast ships. Included are Sith Infiltrator, Republic Cruiser, Federation Tank, and Sebulba's Podracer.

K-Mart Poster
