History: Diva has the ability to project a deadly psionic attack using just her voice. She can control sonic vibrations so precisely that she can use them to lift objects or cause them to vibrate and explode. Diva can also use her powers to fly.
Alessandra's mother, Maria Fermi, a brilliant opera singer, dreamed of Alessandra one day following in her footsteps as a great diva. Alessandra, on the other hand, lived for music and wanted nothing more then to spend her life immersed in it-dreams of fame did not interest her. It seemed as if both mother and daughter's dreams would be granted when Alessandra began talking voice lessons at age fourteen with the greatest instructor in Italy. Things did not go quite as planned, however. Alessandra's first lesson ended with the emergence of her latent sonic powers, which destroyed all the windows in the studio along with her instructor's glasses and eyesight. The occurrence effectively ended her hopes of a musical career, but it attracted interest from Skywatch.
After battling a mutated monster in Hawaii, Stormwatch field commander, Battalion, was believed to be killed. In his absence, Diva was promoted to command of Stormwatch One. During the battle with Despot, Diva sacrificed herself to give the team more time to retreat.
