Spider-Man's world was in ruins. With the disappearance of Mary Jane, financial ruin was threatening both Peter Parker and Aunt May.
The master industrial saboteur known as the Ghost targeted Tricorp, Peter's income source. Spider-Man fought against him, defeated him, but it had not a good end. Peter Parker was fired by his Tricorp's boss. Just to finish the bad day for Peter, when he got to the Daily Bugle trying to sold Spidey's snapshots to Jonah Jameson, the latter had changed the Bugle's editorial policy and decided not to publish Spidey's pictures anymore. The question that last was: did J. Jonah Jameson really peer under the wall-crawler's mask in PETER PARKER: SPIDER-MAN #10? And if so, what would he do with this information? |
Roaming the rooftops of New York, in a sleepless night, Spider-Man found and fight against the oddest baddies in his life. New bandits with strange names like: the Squid, Ms. Fortune, Ogre, Razor Wire, Lightning Fist and Master Monarch. All of them were defeated and Spidey headed to the Daily Beagle, in order to meet Ben Urich.
Peter Parker was determined to find out if J. Jonah Jameson knows his secret identity. But he might not have much time to check in with the Daily Bugle's publisher. In the Daily Bugle office, he thought that Venom had some unfinished business with Jameson, but in reality Venom was targeting the Sandman, who was hidden in the place. A fight between Spider-Man and Venom started, with the iterference of the Sandman, who did not handle the tussle against Venom and escaped during the brawl. Using a torch of fire, Spidey frightened Venom, who fled away through a glass window. And now that he was on the loose, the symbiote has planned on killing the other members of the Sinister Six, one by one! |
