Well that's basically what you'll need to start it off. The point is to get a Traveller to effect your opponent,either by playing it on them or by using Mirror Image and playing it on yourself you can choose your own poison '-) Anyway once you do that when they encounter the Thought Fires you Brain Drain the personnel you want to kill off,a good dilemma in front of the Thought Fires would be Lack of Preparation that way you can kill of the mission solvers. The Q2's are basically to protect The Traveller and counter any Amandas on the Brain Drains. The Line Must Be Drawn Here could also make it a tough decision for your opponent on whether to lose points or personnel.
