Hello there! So you really want to know what I base my ratings on.
Mostly it's just my own personal taste, but here's some more reasons:

• To get a rating of 5, a site must be laid out well, original, with good content
• A site that receives a rating of 4 is very good, but I just don't feel it has enough to get a 5 - it is laid out nicely, but it just doesn't have everything to receive a 5
• A site that receives a rating of 3 is average - pretty good but lacks that special touch - a site where there are plenty more like it or it just doesn't have very much on it
• A site that receives a rating of 2 could be just starting out and doesn't have much on it.  It could be a good start, but it just needs more
• A site that receives a rating of 1 is pathetic - an insult to star wars. To get this rating, a site must have bad design, nothing on it, broken links, and is pretty much bantha fodder
