ORIGIN
Helena Bertinelli, daughter of a famous mobster and heir to a fortune of ill-gotten gains, was a young witness to the violent murder of her entire family by the mob. Originally from New York, she moved to Gotham and inspired by the Batman's crusade for justice, she created the Huntress. In spite of her good intentions, Batman has never approved of the Huntress, and turns a blind eye to her activities. He considers her a loose cannon, as her violent tendencies go beyond what the Batman deems reasonable force.

The Huntress recently teamed up with Robin in Benedictions. More of her history can be found in the four part Huntress miniseries.



SUPER POWERS
None, but is a master like Batman in various forms of fighting and is an expert archer and uses a mini crossbow. Besides being a master in various forms of fighting Huntress also relies on her keen mind and senses and has been shown to be as good of a crime fighter as Batman himself.
