Origin:

A scientist from the planet Mars, J'onn was the last survivor of the planet, or so he and everyone else thought. However, there was still a small group of white martians roaming the galaxy. J'onn came to Earth seeking refuge from the destuction of his people. He became a detective (Using his shape shifting abilities) and began calling himself John Jones. He has been a member of every incarnation of the JLA thusfar. He loses all of his powers when near fire.

Super strength, flight, telepathy, shape shifting, Martian vision (Similar to Superman's heat vision), strategic thinking, invisibility (The full range of his powers is unknown)
