FACT FILE: F-22 Falcon
The Falcon is the smallest and most agile tactical aerospace
craft ever built. Despite its light armament, pilots love it because of
i's incredible handling characteristics. In fact, it is so successful that
it has been copied in several civilian versions as a stunt/sport craft.
In its role as a dogfighter or high speed interceptor, it excels. However,
it is not equipped for lengthy combat encounters, with limited countermeasures
and light armor. For this reason, Falcon pilots aggressively seek to close
the range and engage as rapidly as possible.

The Equipment Rating System
The preceeding descriptions of aerospace craft use a rating
system, rather than precise numbers. This is to simplify the factsheets,
and to make it easier to understand how each specific aerospace craft compares
to others. A value of zero (0) means none, while a value of 1 means minimal
and 10 means maximum within a given statistic.
