"A Tale of Two Lovers"
A tale of two lovers...
Two seperate lives touch
on one fateful night
Ne'er to be parted
their love must be right
A bond is there formed
binding together
Two hearts so strong
to withstand all ever
--Thirty months of pristine bliss
not even once doth the lovers kiss--
To be a man or to be beast
a balance carefully wrought
Truth not so unravels all
from dark he must be brought
Light is found
but with what cost
Love doth concieve
but too much is lost
--From each other lovers art torn
four and twenty weeks later a child born--
Reunion doth come
but ever so brief
Evil steals all
leaves nothing but grief
Tho lovers be lost
life musn't end
There's a child to find and
heart slowly mend
--Bittersweet lovesong thus endeth so sadd
of Vincent and Catherine, and Jacob, their lad--u
