It has just been decided that Arcanum won't be continuing publication after issue 8. All the various reasons and whys really just come down to low sales. Top Cow established a certain level of sales needed to sutain a book, and the past few months Cyberforce and Weapon Zero have fallen below it and been cancelled. Arcanum has fallen more than anyone expected sales-wise into the kill zone. I'm proud of the book and feel it was some of my best work so far, but I can't help but feel a little sad about all this. The market is harder than it's ever been, and these tough times call for tough solutions. I understand the economics involved, and I don't feel angry at Top Cow or the market. I will do a wrap-up in issue 8, requiring me to redo some of issue 6 and 7 to accomidate the changes and allow the story to end. I'd like to thank everyone for picking up the book, and I hope you enjoy how it ends in a few months.
