First off, Happy Birthday DJ! (He won't see it.... he ran away to California. But he'll be back soon.)

Next, a quick update on the world of Amy... doing well. Crochet is very cool. Many projects going... attempting to finish them before beginning new ones. Not working so well because I bought two new crochet books and a booklet. I got the booklet for the 63 squares crochetalong, even though I'm not going to participate. (It's a good booklet.) I also picked up a book of crocheted scarves and one of very nifty and different patterns. I'm so excited that I found a whole two books that meet my rigid standards.

So, after Mother's day (which is only a week away) I'll post pics of my mother's day projects. But until then you'll have to be satisfied with the scarves I've finished. First up is Ryan's scarf. I need better pictures from him. You can't tell how long this thing is. (Over 20 feet if you wanted to know.) Next up are the scarves that have stayed in the family.

Ok, ok... so the first picture is all dark and stuff. But it does show you the length difference in all the scarves. The grey one is for Dan. The purple one is mine, I guess. And the blue and grey striped one is inaccurate, but most definitely labels me a nerd! But you already knew that.
