This site is now effectively dead. I am not maintaining it any more, as my web site is now at http://www.davidchart.com/. The new site is not a copy of this one, so I haven't deleted this one yet. (Given that I first wrote that six or so years ago, I guess I'll wait for Geocities to delete it.) There is a lot of new material on the new site, though.
