Here I must admit a critical failing in all that has gone before; I can only claim credit for the very, very few graphics on my site. I am sadly lacking in the visual creativity to do the really good ones. Also the case with regard to creating Midi files. However, I do admit author-ship of the HTML, for better or worse, it was all done by me. And now, without further ado, I wish to thank the following people for all their freely given graphics and music.
