'A Place for Thee'
by Jordan Avon, with fire
in his heart, for his lady Jolene--

Within my heart, my lady fair
a place for thee is ever there
for thy sweet heart to live in mine
our souls to lovingly entwine

Thy raven mane, so soft and fine
runs through the fingers of my mind
I touch your tender, satin face
and loosen thy enfolding lace

So that we may see all we may
as Gods look down upon our play
to witness this Great Rite we join
with quivering hands and trembling loins

Release this passion to the stars!
The fairies dance with lust like ours
For surely pleasure's game's a rite
that honors all the Gods tonight.--

'Our Place in Time'
by Jolene Artemis for the master of her heart, Jordan Avon.

As starlight shines on indigo blue
My thoughts of pleasure, are thoughts of you
Holding me in your arms whilst I
Love thee gladly 'neath the evening sky.

And all the world will fall away
With worldly cares to fade away,
The only desire that touches me,
To love the man who's loving me.

When all the world fades 'neath the stars
And Heaven is sublimely ours
Entwinèd in enraptured bliss,
That n'er to end, warmest kiss.

For those of you who have enjoyed this cyber-romance that was once thought would become manifest in the physical world, I must say that there will likely be no more between me and my once beloved Knight of the quill. Alas, times change and destinies must change as well. For a year we had lost touch and I, nearly lost hope. Then found, we were to be lost again. "Tis I who holds the tainted heart as I could not settle for being one of your many ladies and I could n'er ask you to part from them. That would have to come from within you. I am waiting still for one man, one man who can love only one woman. For all that, I shall never give up the hope of the dream. Though there has been no new poetry between us, it will live in us still. We are linked for all time by the Muse in spirit. *hug*
Last update of the romantic poetry, 07/26/99

Brightest of all blessings to Jordan and wives, yours is a world far removed from mine own, and I must say, likely too, less lonely, ~~J. Artemis.

Please, before any of you go, we value your thoughts, leave them in the guest book in the Nav bar on the left or on the 'intro" page in non-frames. Though I have lost touch with Jordan, I believe he will always haunt this area of my website. So, I am certain he will read your thoughts too. Gods bless you all, Jolene Artemis.
