'Contested Rule'

Base Cost: 2gb, variable RP

With this action, the regent spends time and energy advancing the causes of one of his holdings-- at the expense of someone elses holdings. By using the contested rule, he increases his share of the pie while denying his opponent access to said pie.

Note: You must have a zero level holding in the province to use the contested rule action and there must be room for two seperate holdings (ie. the province has to be over third level, provided that the DM uses that rule.. If not, he can use this at any time)

Ruling a holding in this way costs 2 Gold Bars plus Regency points equal to the desired level /and/ the level of the target holding. For example, if your ruling your 0 level guild in a province with a guild 4 you would need to spend 2 Gold Bars plus 5 regency points.

You cannot use this as a realm action, you can only use Contested Rule on one holding at a time.
