Applying for a character shouldn't be that hard. A name, an age, a background up to the day of attack (whether your C is attacked, attacking, or not participating in the said attack), up to 2 abilities (a strong one and a weak one), some skills (and please, no Rambos unless you have a reason to be ^_^), and any extra information you'd like to give about your character.
