Q: What is an official sized deck?
A: According to Decipher Tournament Rules v2, there are two; 60 cards & 80 card advanced.
Q: Can my Federation ships attack with Non Aligned Commanders aboard?
A: NO! This rule was introduced briefly, then quickly
phased out by Decipher.
Q: If a card does not specify "cumalitive" or "not cumalitive," how do I treat it as?
A: Always use cards as "not cumalitive" unless otherwise specified, or logical as in Rogue Borg Mercanaries.
Q: Can I destroy Tasha Yar - Alternate's Type II Phaser with a Disruptor Overload?
A: Actually, no, you can't. Disruptor Overload works only on actual equipment. It does not work on skills, no matter how equipment like they might be.
