I know, no recent updates
I apologize for the very, very tardy news. The September 11 attack forced all sorts of things onto the back burner, and this weblog happened to be one of them. Brief news here in Tampa:
- We're all fine (though I have the sniffles this week);
- We survived Tropical Storm Gabrielle well;
- I purchased an adult-sized bicycle, and so Elizabeth or I can accompany the kids around the block (though only I have a fitted helmet at the moment);
- Elizabeth is now at Maniscalco Elementary School for her practicum this semester;
- Elizabeth and I prepped and I painted Vincent's room over the weekend, turning it from a cross between (ugly!) mustard and pumpkin to white. You can trust me to lay on latex paint competently. Don't pay me for the enamel-type paints, though. It's better, but I'm not quitting my day job.
