1)A Lightsabre
How to Build A Light Sabre
For this you will need:- A Particle Accelerator
Something which can generate high energy magnetic fields (? -haven't a clue myself)

Take the particle accelerator and set it going to produce high energy photons (turn it on, flip a switch -does anyone know?, next find something which can generate magnetic fields and alter thge field so that it appears in a tight arc, into this pump the photons which should (could?) be contained, of course this would look nothing like a real lightsabre as it would have a particle accelerator stuck on the end of it as well as a small nuclear plant to provide the energy to get the magnetic field going.
Ah well never mind.

2)Anti Paint Paint Not as weird or foolish as it sounds this one,
You simply have a bog standard paint pigment onto which you mix teflon or something of that nature. You then make the paint as standard and then paint it onto areas which are heavily vandalised.
3)Speaker Paint
Yes I admit this one is complete crap.
You employ the idea of creating a paint pigment which will vibrate at different frequencies as you modify the electrical current going through it. You then paint this onto a conducting surface (a thin metal sheet)and then set it up as a normal speaker, this eliminates the problem of having big bulky speakers every where, you can just paint a wall sized sheet of metal with this paint and then put it over a wall, -WALL SIZED SPEAKERS.
