Earth: Final Conflict: "Dimensions''

When Sandoval decides to sabotage Liam's shuttlecraft (also containing Augur), the pair find themselves on a parallel Earth where they join a war being waged between humans and Taelons. Dimensions is an intriguing tale of what our Earth could have been like. Yes, we could all have long girly hair and dress like refugees from the 60s and today's freedom fighter would apparently not be wearing something protective (bulletproof vest etc), but a nice pair of shorts.

Ignoring the ludicrous fashion problems (which also stretches to the use of leather to denote the baddies, as per tradition), this is a nice change for Earth: Final Conflict, showing what the Liberation are working against. The revelation of what event made the parallel Earth turn out differently is simple and effective, and gives the viewer something to think about,as well as something the series may be able to use later on in the 'arc'. It's a fun romp that introduces a new character to the series, allows some of the regulars to play different roles (Lisa Howard is clearly having a whale of a time), but sadly does bring in some top quality clichéd dialogue, the highlight being, "I want you to live the rest of your life knowing I beat you."
