Bert Myers enlists Amanda to help him steal some documents, but the Immortal and Nick find themselves drawn into a complex web of dangerous criminals.
Bert Myers seems to be getting more character development than either of the two leads, although this isn't necessarily a good thing as his character keeps going through the same stories, and there's only so many times the viewer will take a 'Bert Myers is a traitor! Oh no he isn't' story before getting very irritated, and that point has already been reached. Parts of this episode are something of a retread of Immunity, although it is nicely executed, with the twists at the end of the episode actually unexpected.
There's some great Nick/Amanda banter in this episode that also lifts it above the norm, although the pair still seem to have trouble creating a character beyond the sarcastic quips. The raid on the house at the beginning of the story highlight Amanda's thieving abilities quite well too, but what happens afterwards strays towards the murky side with too many characters all taking over trying to bump off Myers after the previous one fails. It certainly isn't a bad effort, but it still lacks something to bring it up to the level of 'good'.
