Philip Meander - barabbi Void Engineer
Philip Meander was one of the Void Engineers based at the British National Physics Laboratory. During
his research into some peculiar background radio signals near Heathrow, he came into contact with the
demon known as Drakonskyr who was trapped in an intangible form after a run-in with a group of mages.
Meander's mind was turned by the otherworldly allure of the spirit, and devoted the rest of his life to
helping the demon construct a new physical form - working in secrecy in deep, forgotten crypts beneath
a local church.
Meander's corruption did not go unnoticed by NWO Agent Stevens, who manipulated a small chantry of
West London-based mages into tracking down and eliminating Meander and his secret laboratory -
sealing off the node that was being used by Drakonskyr to grant power to Meander's laboratory.
Meander was of medium height and build - his only distinguishing mark being a reflective quality in his
eyes from a demonic investment. Drakonskyr escaped the mages, still trapped on this plane, carrying
Meander's soul with him.
