Sometimes walking into Children's Palace or K-Mart in the 80's and seeing the unopened Transformers figures sitting on the
shelf (most of which I couldn't have) was more memorable than the actual play time with the toy. The Generation 1 figures have a special place in every TF veteran's heart!! Check out the archive below of box and card scans from the original Generation 1 figures!! Along with these scans is a quick review on the particular figure!! They are split up in year order for better organization.

Please note that all of these pieces are scanned by me and archive the figures in my collection. However since I no longer collect, the Generation 1 section of this site will not be a complete listing and many of them I have "sold". Rather it is just a sample of some of the excellent classics from the early years.
