Paul doesn’t quite know why he’s helping to protect children; he’s much more interested in the grass they keep trampling. Of course, he can understand the Beastieboys, and the NeoPioneers, but the rest are terribly confusing to him. A research botanist by trade, his troubles began when his name appeared on a petition to stop the destruction of a local forest. First, he was fired from his job, then he was questioned in suspicion of a murder
of a homeless man. Just before the trap closed tight, a message arrived from someone named Alvin T. Cunningham. He followed the message’s directions, and before he knew it, he was helping to restore the plant life to the world in less then legal fashion. In addition, he has been assigned a number of children to watch over and guide. All in all, he tries to treat the juves like animals or miniature adults, neither of which has worked well.
He’d prefer if they would just leave him alone to tend to his gardens in the abandoned cars, but will help them when he can.
