I heard, recently, on BBC Radio 4 of PC and its use in the States. I understand that PC lingo for 'black' (as in one's skin color) is now `African American'. The announcer told of one reporter who was desparately trying to be PC and asked ``Now Mr. Mandela, as an African American, how does it feel.......''
