"The Battle" marks the return of the Ferengi and introduces us to Bok, a Ferengi DaiMon bent on revenge. Bok concocts a plan to return Picard's ship the Stargazer along with a little gift, the thought maker. This all occurs in the Xendi Sabu System.

The first thing of note on this mission is actually it's location. It is near Xendi Sabu and Xendi Sabu is the location of the mission Reported Activity. There are several missions already in the game that say that they are "near" something. So I propose that any mission that is near another creates a sort of mini region. So Return Starship would insert next to Reported Activity if they were both on the spaceline. (Similarly in the future Barzan might seed next to Wormhole Negotiations which is "Near Barzan.")
This mission is obviously attemptable only by the Ferengi. Now the requirements. In the show the Ferengi's intentions were not good. Their alterior motive for returning the Stargazer was revenge on Picard. So the mission requires Treachery, a lot of it. The mission was also coordinated by two of Bok's fellow officers thus the OFFICER requirement. But then of course Bok could do this all by himself if he had really wanted so Bok is an alternative. Either way you have to return the starship. This ship cannot be a Ferengi ship because they would have no reason to get revenge on themselves. This could be done very simply by flying a Zibalian Transport or other equally useless non-aligned ship to discard. Or of course you could use the missions special text which allows your Ferengi to use the Stargazer (like the Bajorans use the Yangtzee Kiang) until you get to this mission and then discard it when it becomes useless by completing the mission. Just try to not have any Ferengi on the Stargazer when you finish the dilemmas or they'll be "returned" too. The point value seems perhaps a bit low for givig up a ship but when that ship is a useless one like the Stargazer is after completion then it's really not that bad.
