After an unplanned visit to "Q's Planet" the Enterprise goes to Quadra Sigma III to answer a distress call. The mining colony there had experienced an explosion and was in need of medical aid. Will Riker used his newly acquired Q powers to save some of the colonists.

The affiliations were basically just three affiliations that hadn't appeared together before. A medical emergency is hardly affiliation specific except that this one needed to be attemptable by Federation so Riker could do it. The first set of requirements represent that a lot of people were injured and in need of MEDICAL attention, it is a mining colony so Geology couldn't hurt and there were a lot of big rocks that needed to be moved to get at the survivors thus the STRENGTH requirement. The second set is where this mission gets interesting, Riker can save the colonists but only with the help of Q. This is a good way to get rid of dilemmas that have been regenerated into your hand or you could discard Amanda Rogers, Immortal Again, Calamarain, Q2, "I am not a merry man," or any other of many interrupts and events that mention Q in their lore. (Or does Q need to appear in the name for it to be Q related? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.) The points seem equivalent with other missions of the same caliber in the game.
