In "11001001" the Enterprise goes to Starbase 74 which is located at Tarsas III where it recieves a computer systems upgrade. The Bynars who are performing the upgrade hijack the ship and bring it to Bynaus their devastated homeworld.

ENGINEER x2 + Computer Skill x2 + Treachery x2 + ship with one or less staffing icons. Solving player's ships are WEAPONS +2 vs. . 40 points, span 3
This mission takes the place from the first season of TNG and uses it in the last season of DS9. This represents the Dominion/Cardassian alliance trying to gather intelligence on the enemy fleet during the war. Treachery is obvious because they are infiltrating enemy lines to gather intelligence, spying in the truest meaning of the word. The ENGINEERs and Computer Skill are to gather and evauate the data from the starbase. All of these skills are needed in duplicate a sort of homage to the episode where the Bynars worked in pairs. The small ship requirement reflects how they would have to sneak in undetected perhaps using the planet's magnetic pole to mask their presence. This would require a Jem'Hadar fighter or a Cardassian Freighter or shuttle, or of course a Non-aligned ship. After getting the information from a Federation facility it makes sense that you would upgrade your ships WEAPONS to counteract the upgrades the Federation is recieving. This of course won't do you any good if your opponent is Klingons but it is a nice prequisite none the less. Lastly the point value is rather high but the mission does require a lot of multiple skills and a small, weaker ship.
