Not much happens off of Aldea in "When The Bough Breaks" and we already have a mission there. So I took the liberty to use a place that was only mentioned in the part of the episode when they discussed how Aldea was a myth; in that conversation they also mentioned the land of Neinman which was rumored to be found on the planet Xerxes VII.

Federation has a lot of interest in things of the past and a lot of youthful people who might be curious about this mystical place called Neinman. The Non-Aligneds and the Ferengi would probably be in it more to recover artifacts that might sell for a big price to the highest bidder. That sums up the requirements for the mission in a nutshell. Anthropology to hear about and study the ancient myth, Youth to be interested enough in it to go searching for it or Greed to. . .well be greedy enough to want to find it. Since Neinman really is a myth you wouldn't get much out of the search thus the considerably low point value on the mission. And well, there's not much else to say about this one of the less informed dream cards so far.
