"We'll Always Have Paris" did have a plot beyond Picard's old girlfriend meeting him on the holodeck, which is what the name of the episode comes from. Dr. Paul Manheim is doing experiments involving time, space and gravity in his labratory on Vandor IV.
Investigate Labratory Vandor IV: Observe Dr. Manheim's work with time and gravity.
Astrophysics x3 + Computer Skill x2 + SECURITY Manheim's Dimensional Door may seed here (discard when mission complete).
Paul Manheim and Jenice Manheim may report here for free.
35 points, span 3
Yet again another assortment of random affiliations to attempt a mission which is far from affiliation specific. Romulans have the biggest advantage here with Dr. Telek R'Mor's double Astrophysics although any affiliation can take advantage of Paul Manhiem's Astrophysics especially since he plays here for free. The three astrophysics is a requirement to learn about Manheim's experiments. Computer Skill x2 is to keep records and deal with the security systems Manheim has installed here. And SECURITY is also to get through all of those Security Precautions. Seeding MDD is to bring more use to a card that I've noticed has diminished in use although not in usability. It may not work quite as extensively or as often as it did when there were only three affiliations but there are still a lot of cards that appear in most every deck: Red Alert and Regenerate just for examples. And I also felt that Paul and Jenice recieve very little game time so this would bring them back into the game. Also the points may seem a bit low for so many requirements but I think that it balances out with all of the other special features on this card.
