In "Peak Performance" the Enterprise is enguaging in a Starfleet battle simulation in the Braslota System with the U.S.S. Hathaway. The scenario is interupted when Bractor arrives in the Kreechta thinking the Hathaway is some sort of secret weapon.
Assess Battle Simulation Braslota System: Observe allied ships enguaged in war games, obtain tactical information.
(Greed x2 + SECURITY + Transporter Skill OR Bractor) + ship with Tractor Beam Once complete you may beam any or all crew to opponent's ship present. 30 points, span 3
The Ferengi of course are the ones who dropped in on the battle simulation in the episode so they get an advantage. The others, Romulans, Klingons, and Dominion would be just as interested in observing and interrupting such an event. The first requirement is a double dose of Greed. The Ferengi saw the two ships, assumed there was something special about the Hathaway and wanted it. This is one advantage for the Ferengi who have Greed in abundance whereas the others are more limited: Romulans and Klingons both have the Duras Sisters along with a few other back-ups and the Dominion will have to rely on their Dosi and Karemma lackeys. SECURITY is needed to do the assessing of the battle strategy being implemented by the Starfleet ships. Thirdly you need Transporter Skill to send an attack force over and claim the ship as your own. Or Bractor, the devious DaiMon and near useless rare card, will suffice for those skills since he did all of the above in the episode. In addition he needs a ship with a Tractor Beam, the Kreechta will do, this is to trap the ship in question. When you've completed all of this, you may send an Away Team aboard an opponent's ship at this location. This is great if you already have Bractor because he can download Comandeer Ship as soon as he sets foot aboard. Kavok and Kudak'Etan can do this as well although they won't help much in completing the mission. But first you need to make sure that your opponent has a ship here, you might use space line pollutants, enguage tractor lock, hail, wormholes, etc. to accomplish this. Thirty points are a worthy amount for the difficulty of the mission and the span is average.
