In memory of Sabre

My baby-kitty lived her life to the fullest. Every day was a new day of excitement for her. Never slowed-down once. I will miss her terribly, everything from plunking her ears to the little 'prruut' sound she made when she hopped up on the bed.

Have a look at the pictures. Isn't she adorable? I know, not a whole lot of cat lovers out there. Well, screw you. Dogs are great, too. But cats are perfect...meaning housebroken. I never had to let her out; just change the litter every few weeks. Much better than pooper-scooping. And contrary to popular belief, cats are very affectionate. She curled up next to me whenever I laid my head down to sleep. Her favorite spot was under my right arm. She'd keep me company when I was awake, too, always ready to snuggle or play with a toy, or wrestle with a blanket-wrapped hand. She used to nip my girlfriend, but never me. She was always gentle with me. And I, her.

She passed quickly. Almost too-quickly; one minute, she was walking, the next moment, she fell over, and left us. It's hard to say goodbye to someone who was such a giving friend. She will always be in my heart. Below are some pictures for all of us to remember her by.
