Sidearm hmms. "I noticed, he is Soundwave's counter part in a sense?" Perceptor says, "In function, but not design." Perceptor says, "The similarities are from the limited database of appropriate Earth modes the Ark had at the time of modification." Perceptor pulls a data-pad from subspace and connects it to the computer terminal. Sidearm says, "I noticed, my rifle is cybertronian in design." Sidearm says, "That is my rifle mode, I never frequented Earth enough to develop a mode that is Earthen." Perceptor says, "The encrypted program in your neural net seems to work off your observations and logic circuits." Sidearm ummhmmms. "I see..." Perceptor says, "If a target is perceived as a Decepticon, regardless of their actual faction allegiance, then you will receive the neural feedback." Sidearm says, "That makes sense, I suppose..." Perceptor says, "The double-encrytion method is one that is quite outdated in use, so I presume this was a security measure taken when you were modified as a Decepticon." The data-pad beep quietly as it completes it information download to the medical computer. Sidearm's optics flicker. "To ensure loyalty, how...kind of them.." she mutters, her optics narrowing. Perceptor glances to the data-pad, disconnects it, and returns it to subspace. Perceptor says, "The feedback function is geometrical in nature, so it is good that this was caught now." Perceptor says, "Further agitation of the program could cause a total burnout of your entire neural networking circuits." Sidearm says, "I am not stupid but it seems it took Scrap-Iron to point that out." Perceptor says, "The program upload to your matrix should not have any complications, but this has only been tested in simulations." Perceptor says, "I am not sure about the reversability of damage already done, but I will do my best to make the appropriate repairs." Firestone says, "Heya, Trailbreaker" Sidearm frowns slightly. "Perceptor, I thank you for what you are doing as it is. Whatever it takes to remove the programming." Perceptor glances up to Trailbreaker, "Ahhh...I need to discuss a few things with you once I have completed work on Sidearm..." Perceptor returns his attention to Sidearm. Perceptor smiles, "I will do what I can." Trailbreaker nods as he enters. Perceptor says, "You may want to go into dormant mode in order to make the introduction of new programming into your neural net a little less painful." Blaster comes in from the Waiting Room. Blaster walks into the area, singing a song to himself. Sidearm's optics flicker into rest mode. Perceptor calls up the installation routines on the terminal. There is a slight hum from the med-comm as the program is transferred into the neural networking of Sidearm. Blaster sits in a med chair and relaxes, observing Perceptor work. Perceptor observes the monitors, "Everything seems to be going well..." Perceptor smiles as the program successfully completes its upload. Perceptor mutters, "Now to repair the damage already done." Sidearm just sits like a log. :) Perceptor gathers several pieces of circuitry equipment. Perceptor begins to make several adjustments and bypasses around the damaged areas. Trailbreaker taps his foot, smiling. "So...whatcha need to talk to me about, Perceptor? Perceptor glances up from his work to Trailbreaker, "It's about the investigation." Perceptor returns back to his work as he sauters several new cable connections into Sidearm's neural matrix. Satisified with the results, Perceptor returns the tools to their storage compartments and begins to disconnects the sensors from Sidearm. Trailbreaker widens his optics, very curious. Perceptor presses the activation button to wake Sidearm from dormancy. Sidearm opens her optics and sits up slowly. "How did it go?" Perceptor smiles, "Well, I would not reccommend chasing down a few Decepticons to test it, but it appears to have gone well." Sidearm's optics flicker slightly. Sidearm nods. "Thank you, Perceptor, I do not feel too different but I trust your work." She smiles. Perceptor nods to Sidearm, "Please let me know immediately should any complications arise." Rodimus Prime comes in from the Waiting Room. Firestone says, "Sir!" Firestone salutes ROD!!!!! Sidearm touches the side of her head. "of course, if I have any problems then I will inform you." Blaster gets up and nods to Rodimus Prime, a friendly grin on his face, "Hello, sir!" Trailbreaker smiles, "Hi Rodimus." Sidearm glances at Rodimus and nods slowly. Perceptor turns off the monitors as he notices Rodimus, "Greetings, Rodimus" ---------------------LOG ENDS - STATISTICS----------------
