Ultra Magnus nods toward Jazz. He slowly turns around and walks toward one 
  of the rooms computer consoles. 
Ultra Magnus turns around and picks up a small data pad from the computer 
  console along the sourthern wall of the massive command room. His blue 
  optics flicker as they scan briefly the contents of the small device. 
  Looking up to the gathered Autobots and allies, he begins to speak 
  calmly, "It has been many years that we have enjoyed the hospitality 
  given to us by the humans. They have been excellent allies...your 
  continued support has been greatly appreciated, Secretary General." 
Ultra Magnus pauses a moment as he shifts his weight. The soft lights of 
  the room accentuate his tired expression. "The Decepticons have been able 
  to continue extending their influence upon this planet," he says. "They 
  have made excellent use of their ability to rapidly transport between 
  Earth, Cybertron, and Charr via the space bridge. Their undersea base is 
  heavily defended against external assault and infiltration." 
Daredevil leeeans forward maybe a little too attentively. 
Ultra Magnus sets the datapad down and lets his hands interlock gently as 
  the fall in front of him. "I have spoken with the officers for some time 
  about a decisive strike against the Decepticon base," he begins. "The 
  plan calls for extensive cooperation between many facets of our available 
  personnel. Jazz and his special operations teams have been hard at work 
  currently working to obtain high level and extremely important 
  information of great value for this plan." 
Ultra Magnus leans forward somewhat, "I will need a lot of dedication from 
  all of you, as well as those who have been unable to attend, in order to 
  bring this plan fully to fruition. I hope to establish a strong strike 
  against the Decepticon installation at Charr, infiltrate its 
  headquarters, and utilize the information obtained by Processor to 
  operate the Space Bridge. We will then attempt to set charges within the 
  very interior of the Decepticon undersea base as surface forces attack it 
  from the outside." 
Daredevil ooohs appreciatively. . o [ Sounds fun. ] 
Ultra Magnus says calmly, "I am not sure how much of this plan has been 
  extended to each of you, but I want to try to move quickly to strike 
  effectively." 
Ultra Magnus turns toward Jazz once again. "What is the current status of 
  the tasks your operatives have been performing?" he asks. 
DepthCharge nods slowly as he listens in, allowing the full details of what 
  the Autobots are about to do fully sink in. 
Ultra Magnus reaches over and pulls up a geologic map of the western 
  Pacific plate. He glances toward DepthCharge, and with a nod of his head, 
  says, "I have placed here the information you have obtained in the course 
  of your numerous observation missions of the Decepticon base. Can you 
  please provide some further insight as to the exact conditions 
  surrounding the area in close proximity to the base?" 
DepthCharge nods slowly and says, "Yes, I will see if I can further 
  enlighten you all on exactly what is down there." D.C walks over to the 
  geologic map Ultra Magnus has and studies it for a moment, correlating 
  the map data with his memorised oceanographical maps. 
Ultra Magnus's optics dim slightly. He looks around and says, "Expected 
  resistance will be quite formidable." Looking toward Grimlock, Ultra 
  Magnus says, "The Dinobots are some of the most skilled warriors we have, 
  and I would be honored to have them along my side in the middle of the 
  fight against the Decepticons." 
Ultra Magnus steps back as DepthCharge comes forward to begin his 
  explaination of the area surrounding the base. 
Jazz listens intently to Magnus. "Soon we'll be in readiness. We haven't 
  been able to glean much information about current activities, as 
  earth-based activities of the decepticons have been almost none." 
First Aid enters from the Main Lobby - First Floor to the west. 
First Aid says, "Hello." 
DepthCharge looks and says, "Well, the Decepticon Undersea base currently 
  lies deep under the ocean off the North Korean Coast. Whether they 
  intentially chose its position, or it was purely through luck, what ever 
  the case.. luck was on their side. For their base currently resides in an 
  area intense with Geographical moutain formations. In other words, Ocean 
  fairing vehicles have to travel over the sea in order to get to the base. 
  But there are a number of other ways to get to the Decepticon's base from 
  below the oceans, but I am not to sure how appropriate they would be for 
  a full scale assult. 
Ultra Magnus nods his head in a quiet greeting to First Aid. 
Jetfire enters from the Main Lobby - First Floor to the west. 
Jetfire walks in. "Hello, all!" 
Jazz glances towards First Aid with a quick nod and smile, does likewise to 
  Jetfire, then turns towards DepthCharge again. 
First Aid nods to jetfire. 
Daredevil watches Depthcharge point out things on the map quite intently. 
Ultra Magnus waves toward Jetfire, then turns back to study the large map. 
  "Hmm...the mountains will likely interfere with the Typhoon's ability to 
  get close to the base to mount an attack with its torpedoes. However, 
  that is what we have suspected in putting together this plan." 
DepthCharge says to continue "The Deep Sea base is heavily armored.. 
  although they do not have any offensive weapons that I know of. They have 
  two entrances or exits. One is through the Air tower which the Seakers 
  normaly enter and exit through. And the other is through the airlock 
  which probably is a left over from the days where the Base was still a 
  star ship." 
First Aid says, "Couldn't we just ask for the EDC navy to loan a couple of 
  men and Exo's that can swim?" 
DepthCharge says to Ultra Magnus "You will not have any difficulties 
  getting the Typhoon to their base.. It is just the seekers which you 
  should be concerned about. For they are they only form of defense and 
  offence their base has." 
Ultra Magnus looks toward First Aid, "Unfortunately, due to the current 
  proposal by the Decepticons to the United Nations, the Earth Defence 
  Command cannot make an overt statement in support of this operation. It's 
  up to us, Autobots, and a lot of citizens of this planet are depending on 
  us to get this job accomplished." 
Jetfire says, "Well, here's a thought, could we somehow jam the upper door 
  so the Seekers CAN'T get out?" 
Jetfire says, "Seal it, perhaps?" 
Grimlock says, "Then how we going to get in?" 
Jetfire says, "Sea-door?" 
DepthCharge listens to Jetfire's comment and smiles slightly, thinking it 
  to be a pretty good idea. D,C, says "And evacuate our memebers into the 
  Typhoon?" 
Ultra Magnus chuckles slightly and says, "Actually, I hope to have enough 
  forces assembled on the ocean so that the Decepticons will be expecting a 
  full frontal assault from the ocean surface. I hope to have the 
  infiltration on Charr and subsequent use of the space bridge create a 
  total surprise within the Decepticon base." 
Jazz sits, and simply listens, you can almost hear the gears turning, and a 
  new plan formulating. 
Jetfire rubs his chin a moment. "Hmph. Perhaps a decoy attack on Cybertron 
  could help to confuse the situation and inscrease the chaos... 
First Aid says, "Can't we use that residue fro the tunnel on cybertron to 
  glue up the air shaft?" 
Ultra Magnus's head quips sharply toward Jetfire, "An intriguing 
  possibility!" he exlaims. "that could leave them in total confusion as to 
  the true purpose of our attack. However, the tactical disadvantage is 
  still great...requiring us to splinter our forces into three main 
  groups." 
Jetfire says, "Not really, here, get someone with holos, and a couple of 
  good fighters, walk up to Darkmount and start yelling." 
First Aid says, "ultra Magnus, whay don't we just use that glue stuff, seal 
  the exit no the surface, and then you would have only two different 
  splinters." 
You say, "Because we're going to have forces within the base. They will use 
  the space bridge on Charr to reach the interior of the Earth base...at 
  least I hope." 
First Aid says, "So, that just means that we have them locked off." 
First Aid turns to jetfire and syas, "How are you feeling now?" 
Jetfire says, "Oh, just a little tired, First Aid, overall ok..." 
Jazz turns to First Aid. "With no way to get out, except the Space bridge 
  we're hoping to destroy. I doubt anyone will volunteer for that part of 
  the mission, and I for one won't force it on anyone." 
Jetfire says, "Well, someone like myself with the capacity for FTL would be 
  able to get out..." 
Ultra Magnus smirks toward Jetfire, "Planning to just burn your engines 
  from within the base, slamming directly into the walls?" 
First Aid says, "I found a way to destroy the glue in minutes, though. 
  Hydrochloric acid." 
Jetfire chuckles. "So? Blow holes in the walls." He shrugs. 
Ultra Magnus says calmly, "That may not be the best decision while 
  submerged." 
First Aid says, "i used it to get a Autobot deglued after a messup with the 
  glue in the tunnel." 
First Aid seems to think no one is listening. 
Ultra Magnus's optics flicker. "The sudden loss of exterior stability could 
  cause the entire structure to implode due to the extreme depths of the 
  base...crushing any and every Transformer within its holds." 
Jetfire says, "Ah. Well... Yes, that's a point." 
Jetfire says, "How deep is it?" 
Ultra Magnus says calmly, "DepthCharge?" 
Jazz shakes his head at First Aid. "In an operation like this, we many not 
  -have- minutes to dissolve the glue." 
DepthCharge says to Jetfire "Very bottom of the ocean... about <Insert a 
  rather large ocean figure> fathoms deep." 
First Aid says, "Okay, you have said that the objective is to destroy the 
  base, right?" 
Jetfire nods to Depth. "Never actually been there..." 
First Aid says, "D.C., can you dive that deep?" 
DepthCharge nods to Jetfire and says, "Never know.. In this mission you 
  might get your chance." D.C.'s left optic flickers, as if he is winking. 
DepthCharge turns to FIrst Aid and nods, saying "Yes.. been there before.. 
  many times." 
Ultra Magnus takes a small step forward, "I will need extensive aerospace 
  support while leading the forces in the assault on Charr. We will need 
  heavy firepower, as those will also be the forces involved with the most 
  intense fighting within the base and attempting to use the space bridge." 
Jetfire says, "Okay, keep in mind our Aero is a LOT smaller than the 
  Decepticons..." 
Ultra Magnus nods toward Jetfire, "Of course, but we don't have much choice 
  other than to make use of the resources available to us." 
First Aid says, "Could you plant a couple acid bombs? That way, the base 
  will collapse from the hull deteriation and we don't even have to put a 
  single Transformer in danger there." 
DepthCharge asks First Aid "But wouldn't the acid be washed away in a 
  matter of minutes? I mean, the currents do get pretty strong down there 
  due to the mountain formations." 
Tinderbox enters from the Main Lobby - First Floor to the west. 
Tinderbox 'blinks?' 
Jazz taps some stuff into his datapad, and continues to silently mull over 
  what has been said. 
First Aid says, "That acid is VERY strong. I doubt that if we used enough. 
  the base would last."
